The Idea Exploration Portal will offer two kinds of Web Services to enhance human inventiveness: Idea Exploration & Idea Sharing.

  • I. Idea Exploration

    The Idea Exploration Portal allows innovators (composers, creators, designers, inventors, leaders, researchers and young minds) to become active explorers of new ideas from Idea Ecosystems.

    An AI character called 'Sofia', converses with the user (idea explorer) to:

    1. Guide the user' s imagination
    2. Guide the user' s intuition
    3. Guide the user' s insight process.
    This dialog helps the user find fruitful ideas (promising strategies or hypotheses) among ecosystems of cooperating and competing ideas for innovating.
    Idea Ecosystems are a source of imagination, one guided by both the user' s and Sofia' s form of intuition to generate insights.

  • II. Idea Sharing

    Sofia selects, integrates, organizes human knowledge distributed in communities of interests, into structured Idea Ecosystems (sources of novelty)

    Sofia enriches the Idea Ecosystems (her form of 'imagination') by conversing with individuals from a select group of Knowledge Contributors to:

    1. Select human knowledge
    2. Compress human knowledge
    3. Organize knowledge into Idea Ecosystems

    This learning is not passive, but goes through an active selection process: any knowledge learned by Sofia must satisfy fast & frugal heuristic selection rules.  All other data is discarded.

    This controlled enrichment of the Idea Ecosystems allows to select and immortalize precious human knowledge, for the sole purpose of innovating.
